Tested ways to control your anger..

How To Deal With Anger?

The methods suggested in the article are already being tested and applied by me. It worked for me, hope it works for you all too.

Before answering this question, one more question needs to be answered.

What is the need to deal with anger?

Anger is considered as a normal expression of human beings. We all must have heard of many people saying “ gussa to aa hi jata hai”. What is the big deal?

Let me tell you, anger is not normal. It is not the nature of our soul that includes( love, peace, and happiness ) and anger is the enemy of all these qualities. In fact, by considering anger normal, you are allowing yourself to remain away from the positive traits of your soul.

Every living entity has been the victim of anger once in its life. They must have experienced the consequences of it in their relationship with the people they consider close. But still, they let it destroy their mental stability and get compelled by it to burst out words in that particular situation that they don’t mean in their heart.

The energy of anger is so strong that it not only disturbs your energy field but also creates a disturbance for whoever comes in contact with your field. It will never let you live peacefully unless you make a decision to deal with it. The moment you take this decision, anger starts losing control over you. Your decision will empower you to take control, not letting you get controlled by this disease. Now I will answer the question in the title.

How to deal with anger?

Suggested methods are already being applied by me, they really helped in controlling my anger. Hope they will help my readers as well.

  1. The moment you wake up, put your hands on your heart and say loudly “ I AM A POWERFUL SOUL” “ I AM A PEACEFUL SOUL”. I learn these affirmations from the great spiritual orator BK Shivani. These affirmations increase the power of your soul to deal with difficult situations.
  2. Give yourself the challenge of remaining calm throughout the day. Keep reminding yourself of the challenge, chances are either you will make it through the challenge or you may get failed in completing it. But do not give up, note down the moments that trigger your anger.
  3. If you get angry just pause and be fully aware of your thoughts. You will notice your mind gets filled with negative thoughts and these thoughts will reflect in your action. Swapping them with positive ones will automatically change the course of your actions.

When you will force yourself to swap your thoughts, you will feel resistance in your mind and body. That feeling is a sign of breaking old patterns and creating new ones. Keep challenging yourself start with 1 or 2 days and then slowly extend it for a week. It will increase your willpower.

Thank you for reading.
